Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item(s).

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Luggage Sets if any individual piece from the set has been used. Opened Luggage Sets may only be returned if all pieces remain completely unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
